Excellent staff, location and facilities. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The service and amenities were fantastic. Our reception attendant was so helpful, pleasant and wonderful. A peaceful and luxurious hotel. Great access to downtown within a short walk.

We had an excellent 4 day stay. The staff were amazing, especially Thomas. The location very convenient for walking into town and catching the bus.

From the moment I arrived the staff took such great care of me. The driver met me at the airport and the host met me at the top of the hill to show me the way down and bring my bags. The hotel has amazing views and the room was perfect. My private patio was one of my favorite spots to hang out as the views were gorgeous. The staff helped me with everything I needed and answered all of my questions. They recommended some great places to eat and go check out on the island. I will definitely be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The views were beautiful. The staff were attentive and offered many amenities like pick up and drop off to and from the airport so you didn’t get lost. And the breakfast each morning was delicious!

The service for customer is the worst Terrible

When we reserve this hotel, did not know that Hill Suites has Suites 1 and 2 till getting message from hotel on drive direction. This two sites has two different locations and view. 1 has better view of Santorini than at 2. 2 only has a few rooms there, but quiet. The rooms are clean and nice. Watch out wild cats because they are always near your door . Staff - Thomas is very kind and nice , response our question and fix room issue quickly. Overall, it is nice hotel.

Kostas the manager was amazing, anything we needed he was most helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent and so filling, we skipped lunch most days. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This was such a nice little oasis. Beautiful and spacious room with private hot tub area. Well located, 10 min walk from main square and bus station. Welcoming was really nice, I highly recommend.
