"Very pleasant and very convenient"

The location was fabulous, and luckily it was a lovely evening and a lovely view outside the window.

The bottom of the wardrobe wasn’t very clean. It had hair that hadn’t been wiped out of there and also the floors were quite dusty in particular underneath the television and under foot however it didn’t take anything away from the actual stay.. if I need to book in Huddersfield again, I hope that this property will be available

Upgraded at no extra cost to larger room Very quiet. Bed most comfortable ever! Bed linen luxurious. Large good quality towels Helpful staff

The apartment was lovely with great amenities. The location was perfect too - everything was close by. The staff were so attentive too and made sure everything was okay.

Great facilities in the room, everything you needed for a work stay. Also a big bonus was having access to the great gym facilities on site too, was much better than what I expected a hotel/apartment complex gym to be! Will stay again when I'm back up the head office for training.

Although I did get the hang of the collection of keys/lift etc, there were quite a lot of steps just to get to my room. I'm guessing it was for security so not so much a moan or dislike, just a lot of steps to get there lol. Had a personalised letter explaining everything which did help, thank you.

Original features of beams where lovely. Even in the heat the room was cool and aired well. Very very clean! And the view/sunrise from the window was beautiful.

I had the suite and it was gorgeous! Stunning apartment with amazing views. The bed was comfortable, sofa was deep so you could snuggle in, it was super clean (i have high cleanliness standards...) & the area felt safe and secure. Easy to check in and the host was very friendly & helpful. I would 100% stay again

Only downsides were the gym downstairs, it was only for around 15 mins but when they do wall balls - you feel it! and going on such a hot day, with no A/C and windows that dont really open it got HOT & unfortunetly the fan didnt do too much... an AC unit or something like a dyson fan would have been great
