"Excellent value, Pleasant stay, convenience location."

Positive: Room with private bath. Excellent value, very good location, tentative front desk staff.

Bathroom design was bad, everything got wet when you take shower. Breakfast was the same three choices every day.

had to change to another hotel

not accessible (inspite of promise) reception in a coffee shop need to cross a very busy street to get to breakfast (tough especially if you are handicap)- no lights

Everything was excellent at this apartment hotel. It was important for me to have a small kitchen. Special mention to Song, the young lady who was super kind and really cares about her guests.
