Great accommodations and staff! Would absolutely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Location is good, only 10-15min walk to lake/night market area. Grab is friendly if you don't like hills. Good little Bakery next door for that early morning Banh Mi or patisserie. Coffee available in the lobby or delivered to your room 😋 👌

It was a wonderful stay here. The staff were helpful and always check in with us in the evening if we require any assistance. Location was quiet in the night, away from the bustle.

Best stay in Vietnam! We had plenty of space in our apartment, the beds are comfortable and the shower had really good pressure and hot water. So nice to have two large bedrooms and two bathrooms for a family. The apartment was cleaned daily. The kitchen was ok, good size refrigerator, stove wasnt that good and no forks... Best part was An that helped us with everything we needed! Car, cabs, sleeper... And was so nice to us.

Clean and good location But the reception staff, Tri and An was the best part. Very kind and very helpful. Spoke very good English and made great coffee!

Only one side of the apartment has windows

Our stay here was phenomenal, the room was more spacious than I expected, the shower water pressure was amazing and with dining water, tea and coffee also provided, breakfast was also good served at a nearby restaurant. The hospitality from Tri and An was impeccable helping us sort taxis and generally making our stay as comfortable as possible. There's also a very lovely coffee shop in the hotel reception
