Excellent location for bars and nightlife. The building itself is stunning with typical Sevillian style.

Mostly ok. Some bottles of water would have been good and a place in the shower to put toiletries because I could only but them on the floor and suffering from back problems it was difficult to pick them up. Small things only.

L’emplacement dans un quartier animé et la décoration vraiment sympa. Le propriétaire a tenu compte de ma demande concernant le bruit venant de l'extérieur pour nous attribuer l'appartement.

La salle de bain n’est pas au niveau du reste du logement. La ventilation est très bruyante, pour cette raison, il ne faut surtout pas utiliser la lumière la nuit afin de ne pas la mettre en route. La douche est vétuste. Concernant les équipements Il n’y a pas de cafetière à dosettes pourtant pratique pour ce type de location.

Location, bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was adequately supplied.

The room had a musty, faint cigarette smell. The shower did not drain well, so the entire bath floor got soaked. We would have appreciated pepper and coffee pods (the ones we were left were rock solid) in the kitchen. Tell future guests to use the silver keypad upon the initial entry.
