La posizione molto centrale e ben collegata e l’arredamento dell’appartamento e del palazzo

La stanza assegnata la n.2 si affaccia direttamente sulla piazza a livello leggermente sotto livello strada e di notte è troppo rumorosa non si riesce a dormire prima per il fastidio della gente che urla fino a tardi la notte e poi per i mezzi di pulizia che dalle 5 puliscono la piazza e fanno un rumore infernale. Poi la stanza era davvero umida avendo come unica finestra quella che affaccia sulla piazza. Il letto matrimoniale era davvero piccolo corto e stretto, una coppia non c’entra davvero e poi io sono alto e i piedi uscivano molto fuori dal letto.

The apartment was fantastic - I was travelling alone so did not need lots of space, but I got it anyway! It was clean, well kitted with the kitchen having everything you would need. The staff allowed me to drop off my bag a little earlier than check-in which was really helpful! Located right on the Alameda de Hercules, the location could not have been more convivial with loads of bars and restaurants around, the barrio is very cool and friendly.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft mit kurzer Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum. Zudem befinden sich Bars und Ausgehmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe.

Die Unterkunft weist erhebliche Mängel auf: sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und Feuchtigkeit an den Wänden im Untergeschoss (Zimmer Nr. 1). Unsere Kleidung hat dadurch muffig bzw. nach abgestandener Luft gerochen. Zudem gab es keine Fenster, wodurch das Zimmer sehr dunkel und wenig angenehm wirkte. Auch im Badezimmer traten nach dem Duschen starke muffige Gerüche auf. An den Wänden im Schlafbereich war zudem Schimmel sichtbar. Bilder als Nachweis sind vorhanden.

It was very well decorated and the bed was comfortable, it was very beautiful inside, albeit it quite dark due to lack of natural light

I had so many great choices in Seville and I accidentally picked this accommodation next door to a nightclub thumping techno music until 4.30am.. on a Tuesday!! This was a disaster for me and spoiled my trip as sleep was my priority before a long stressful travel day. I don’t think this is fair to guests, you really should warn them, it’s cruel to put people through this and keep them awake all night. Maybe you could make an arrangement with that nightclub that they lower the music level, no one needs music to be that loud
