Cache House

Für ein Hostel war es wirklich gut. Besonders gefallen haben mir die abschließbaren Duschkabinen mit WC und Waschbecken, das hat für viel Privatsphäre gesorgt. Die Lage in Jackson ist absolut Top und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich.

Die Locker sind relativ klein und wenn man einen Locker auf der oberen Seite hat ist es fast unmöglich einen großen Koffer da hineinzubekommen. Außerdem gingen die Schlösser oft nicht, sodass man das Personal kontaktieren musste, da man nicht an seine Sachen kam. Hier wurde aber immer sofort reagiert, trotzdem was es etwas nervig. Kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es leider nicht, sodass man meistens eine geraume Zeit suchen muss und dann auch nur maximal 3 Stunden dort stehen darf ausgenommen nachts.

I loved the private shower, toilet and sink. The bed was comfortable with plentiful storage. Coffee in the AM, very pleased!!

Great location in town. Bed was very comfortable. Showers were great and the lockers were handy so you didn't have to drag all your belongings around with you. Other people staying were respectful of noises and such in the sleeping area.

The first night we stayed there was some sort of poetry or artist get together going on when we returned from being in the park all day. It was a little awkward walking in and it was very loud. We weren't informed by the staff when checking in of an event being held so we were a little caught off guard. That lasted until a little after 9 pm I believe it was. Glad it didn't last any longer than that because we were tired and wanted to just shower and sleep. Towels weren't available for showers so we were given hand towels and wash cloths. We made it work. Towels were brought for the next night though. We knew going in that there was no on site parking, but the street parking fills up quick so the first night we had to park in the garage about 4 blocks away. The second night we lucked out & got a street parking spot not too far from the Cache House.
