sorry but I won't be leaving a 10/10 score. The price of the room for the quality was very over priced. The heat pump took at least 4hours to warm up and then heat the room took even longer. My 6month old baby ended up getting sick and has a runny nose from how cold the room was. The bathroom has mould on the roof which isn’t healthy. There was also wasps in the living area which my partner had to kill before we could go to bed as the bed was in the living area. The hot water took a long time to heat up and then once it did only 2 of 5 people could have a hot shower. Since we were in a downstairs unit we heard every moment from the unit above extremely loud from the kids running around all hours of the night and early hours of the morning. Absolutely shocking

Small shower and shower base was slippery and noisey, know kitchen sink to wash dishes.

It's a perfect place to stay overnight on the way to Auckland. Large room and reasonable price.

I'll just say it needs a lot of tender loving care done to it. Paper thin walls felt like someone was in our room talking but it was from the room above us. The photos of the room were deceptive of the actual condition of the place.
