Super miejsce na wyjazd we dwoje. Było sporo rodzin z dziećmi, ale jest nigdy nie odnieśliśmy wrażenia, że w hotelu było tłoczno. Jest strefa saun dla dorosłych na basenie.

Das Radisson Blu in Sopot ist sehr neu. Gerade einmal 1,5 Jahre alt. Alles noch Pico Bello. Fantastischer Wellnessbereich. Vor allem das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr gut. Preise sind sehr fair und die Speisen phänomenal. Selten so ein gutes Carpaccio gegessen. Frühstück auch ausgesprochen gut. Eine riesige Auswahl. Wir kommen wieder

Super hotel i bardzo dobra alternatywa do Marriott Mera Spa, ktory znajduje sie 100m dalej i kosztuje duzo wiecej lecz w niczym nie jest lepszy od tego hotelu. Był to mój piąty pobyt w Radissonie Sopot i na pewno nie ostatni ale muszę niestety napisać iż serwis i jakość się pogorszyły . . .jak dla mnie to brak tam ewidentnie dobrego i prawidłowego zarządzania! Położenie, pokoje, śniadania wszystko super ale cholera mnie bierzę jak widzę takie rzeczy : - oba zewnętrzne jacuzzi nie działały i to ponoć już od miesiąca! Informacja od ratownika . . .pod koniec pażdziernika wszystko jeszcze działąło bez zarzutu . . . .czy tak trudno zadzwnonić jest po serwis ? ponad miesiąc ?! - sauna parowa tylko taką udaje bo stanowczo za mało jest tam pary aby nazywać tą saunę parową - maszyna do robienia lodu w strefie saun nie działa ( w pażdzienriku jeszcze działał) - sauna błotna to chyba nigdy jeszcze nie działała odkąd tam jeżdzę od ok 2 lat - kabiny prysznicowe z wadliwą konstrukcją? po każdym przsznicu powódź w łązience ( wyprobowane w kilku pokojach) Mam nadzieję, iż ktoś z Radissona śledzi komentarze i poczyni kroki w dobrym kierunku bo na prawdę szkoda tych negatywnych wrażeń

Uwielbiamy ten hotel. Piękne wnętrza, świetna obsługa.

Leider öffnet das Schwummbad im September erst um 09:00 Uhr was zu spät ist mindestens um 8 bzw. Besser um 7 uhr wär korregt für dieses Hotel mit 4 5 Sternen, wäre der einzige mangel mit dem bezahlten bezahlten Standort des Parkplatzes (sicherheit)

Hotel's look is very pleasant, clean, new. Reception is undersized for the amount of rooms. We had to wait over half an hour both for check in and check out. Room was late almost an hour, receptionist didn't even think to apologise. Nice, spacious lobby with good service. Very tasty breakfast, but little variety. Restaurant was great, good pasta and pizza. Room was spacious, but garden view isn't very inspirational and balconies are hardly private. Spa facilities are great, large swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, hotel is very popular with young families, many of them treating hotel facilities like free childcare. Children splashing in the large swimming pool, using spa facilities (saunas as well), running around, being very loud. This was not a single incident but identical theme for each time we tried using spa. Gym is a great option for those looking for active rest as its well equipped and barely used. For those looking for quiet retreat, avoid.

Nytt eiendom, God frokost , varme retter, barna koste mye, i bar gode drinker ,God middag. Svømmebasseng med Spa, badstue super, Anbefales.

Må indrømme jeg synes ikke hotellet lever op til hvad man betaler for. Vores værelse var ikke klar før kl 19.00 om aftenen - Check-in var kl. 15:00… Ingen tog ansvar og personalet blev ved med at lyve overfor os omkring hvornår værelset var klart. Da vi endelig modtager værelset er det en nedgradering af hvad vi egentligt har bestilt. - Jeg reagerer til personalet igen, men ingen vil tage ansvar de siger blot “i cant do anything - I Can loose my job”. Super mangelfuldt menukort hvis man ønsker at leve af hotellet.
