Posizione della struttura comoda ai servizi e ai divertimenti.

Il proprietario è risultato invadente, di mentalità poco elastica e poco comprensivo nei confronti di noi tre giovani che abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura. Specifico inoltre che si deve pagare un supplemento di euro 25 al giorno per ogni persona in piú oltre alla coppia che vuole alloggiare presso questa struttura il che non è specificato in annuncio. Sconsigliato per i giovani e per coppie con bambini piccoli. Vicinato anziano e spesso incline a redarguire anche per innocui rumori o voci di vicinato.

The apartment was very well positioned and very clean, equipped with everything you need.

Mosquitos were a problem, and there are no mosquito nets. It would be nice to be able to sleep with the windows open but this was not a possibility. Also the street is loud at night as there seem to be a lot of drivers roaring their engines at night. The living room is actually a kitchen with an extensible sofa in it, it is really small. If the sofa is extended you can't open the freezer for example as it blocks access. I am making these observations because of the price, which is high. A few nights before we stayed on the Cote d'Azur in cheaper and better properties - and since this one was the most expensive I felt compelled to mark out these defects. I would recommend this property still for the excellent location, cleanness and nice owners.
