"極差⋯不會再去"

住宿時，被蚊子叮的滿頭包。 反應後允諾日後住宿皆打9折，表示他們的誠意，旦再去住時又說要打電話訂房才可打折，透過訂房網不打折，且只有一次，並不是每次住宿皆打折，後續請他們主管出面說明也沒下落，不處理，某些櫃檯人服務態度極差！
