Sonder Zuni

I love the neighborhood and appreciate it's central location when I needed to go elsewhere. Only complaint (more of a critique, actually), I would have appreciated a softer chair; whether is was softer dinette chairs on one additional upholstered side chair. When I was working only options sitting on the bed (not an option) or sitting at the table with the harder chairs. Not a deal breaker. Just a suggestion.

It was cozy and accessible.

The customer Service was horrific. I waited 3 hours trying to get their computer system to access the building in freezing temperatures! Someone was banging on my door incessantly at 230am making me scared and uneasy. And then the cleaning crew and apparent manager were so incredibly rude. Seriously the worst stay I've ever had! I had to wipe down everything due to dust and my allergies, took time tidying up again before I left and to be treated in that manner AND charged extra because I left a little late waiting for my ride after trying to rebook another night and having difficulties with the tech I decided to leave. And this is when I was ushered out into their FREEZING uninsulated hallway with small humans. I will not book with them again! I was also expecting a 3 floor apartment as it was advertised the entire apartment with a rooftop. It is the buildings surrounding it. This was a TINY room and access to a shared balcony. I paid more than the luxury hotel I was considering and wish I would have gone there! Highly dissatisfied

Sonder Zuni's contactless accommodation is really cool. You receive all the most important data via the "Sonder app", by e-mail or by SMS. The app also gives you quick access to support if something doesn't work as it should. Very helpful! The apartment had everything I needed and much more besides. Enough crockery and kitchen equipment for a whole family 😅 Cool, well thought-out system, the rooms are beautifully designed. I really liked it!

Nice area, property itself was good but we arrived to stains on the bedding, power outlets in the kitchen not working and there was a constant loud hum in the complex, likely the heating or something because it was below zero but it woke us up every night so not very comfortable. Would stay at Sønder again just not this particular property.
