"カメムシさえ無ければ良い宿泊"

部屋にカメムシが大量発生！！ 滞在中に30匹は退治した😨 これには参った チェックイン前に退治して欲しい

"Cost ryokan"

The food was really good but it also cost 7000+jpy per pax so it is expected, the staff in the dining hall was very attentive. The only time we felt was surprised is we were recommended by the staff to have dinner by buying convenience shop food instead of restaurant recommendation.

There were a lot of stink bugs which is quite common in rural japan but for some reason we keep finding it in the bedroom and have to take them out.

"お風呂が素晴らしい"

リーズナブルなのに、施設はとても素晴らしく、大変満足でした。特に温泉(露天風呂)は完璧でした。 食事も豪華で大満足です。 部屋数も多くないため、人が多いこともなくゆったりと過ごせて、大変よかったです。

スタッフ(役職者)の対応は非常に悪い。 チェックインから不快になりましたが、館内の良さでなんとか楽しく過ごせたという感想です。 料金体系はしっかり明記してください。追加ばかりで不愉快極まりない。また、ホテル側とOTAサイトの連携での記載ミスであるならば、その旨しっかり謝罪していただきたい。また、入湯税もチェックイン時に説明すべきでは？ こちらは税金なので気にはしませんが。スタッフの対応が全てを決定づけるのでせっかくの夏季休暇の旅行で選ばせていただいた宿なので、せめて不快にさせないでいただきたい。

夕食が地元産品を中心に献立されており美味かった

到着時や朝食後にコーヒーが飲みたかったが喫茶コーナー等がなかったように思う
