USLas instalaciones estaban impecables, súper limpias y muy bien diseñadas. Todo muy cómodo y tranquilo, tanto en las áreas comunes como en las privadas. La ubicación es ideal: lo suficientemente cerca para caminar hasta la zona animada de Duval, pero a la vez lo bastante retirada para disfrutar de una estadía tranquila y relajada. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de la host, que fue excelente. Me ayudaron a ajustar los días de mi reserva después de que me confundiera al hacerla, y lo resolvieron con mucha amabilidad y rapidez. En resumen, una experiencia fantástica que repetiría sin dudar. The property was spotless, very clean and beautifully designed. Everything was comfortable and peaceful, both in the common areas and the private spaces. The location is perfect: close enough to walk to the lively Duval Street, yet far enough to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. I especially want to highlight the host’s attention, which was outstanding. They kindly helped me adjust the dates of my reservation after I made a mistake, and they solved it quickly and with great kindness. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would definitely repeat.

PLThe property is a beautiful oasis and the staff kind and accommodating. Good location if if you don't mind walking a little and easy to get Uber if preferred. Breakfasts were exceptional and our room/mini-cottage was beautiful! I highly recommend this property and hope to be back on our next visit.

Mermaid & Alligator is a lovely guest house..a real gem..well maintained:furnished/delightfully decorated/curated & comfortable..our ground floor beautiful “garden bedroom”which had doors that opened onto several “cul de sac-like” garden seating, a dipping jacuzzi-like pool& fountains ..each area providing quietude..great to just read Hemingway (😊) or… ..yet the home is also walking distance from the Hemingway House, Duval Street & Seaport shops…
