Overall the stay where pleasant. The kitchen staff were super nice and helpful.

The reception staff, I wish they could be more helpful and listen to the guests. The wash machine number 1 is malfunctioning and didnt heat up enough on the drying session. I told the staff about it but they responded they couldn’t do anything about it and claim the problem is because I had too much clothes. i have washed with the machine 2 times before with same amount of clothes without problems. I went to outdoor wash shop to dry the clothes and it took only 10 mins to dry them. Hotel’s wash machine I paid for extra 30 mins/200yen and clothes were still wet. I hope the management see my message and have wash machine 1 checked so no more guests get affected.
