Colazione buona ed abbondante L’acqua della piscina era pulita

Tutti gli ambienti non rispecchiano le foto pubblicate su Booking. Le camere e il bagno, seppur grandi, erano sporche e non curate: le lenzuola avevano macchie ed erano strappate, i mobili sapevano odore di muffa, le porte erano molto vecchie e lasciavano spifferi dai quali entrava luce, gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati e la stanza non è stata pulita durante i nostri 3 giorni di soggiorno, il bagno era molto spartano e puzzava, gli ambienti avevano ragnatele. Il personale, molto giovane, non sempre è stato accogliente. Non ci tornerei, dato il prezzo, le mie esperienze con i precedenti hotel e le foto postate mi aspettavo una situazione molto diversa.

the location is quite a long way from the centre so there is nothing much within walking distance. It's a 10 minute scooter ride into town, which isn't ideal when it's raining (which it did throughout my stay).

Nice, cosy and comfortable stay. Very polite staff It's an excellent stay in budget. Nearby to all important places in Ubud

The staff, large room size, quiet but central location and price are incredible. Breakfast is delivered to your room at whatever time you wish and is delicious. The bed is also super comfortable. This is our second time staying there and it truly is worth every penny spent. The staff makes you feel like family. They made everything super easy from checking in to arranging the motorbike rental.

We really can’t mention anything bad.
