The Alima Suites

The room is clean and well appointed. Plenty of hot water. Gabriel (Daniel?) at reception was super helpful. He was always ready to help. He volunteered to go out and buy me milk. There is a restaurant downstairs so one doesn't need go far for food.

My stay at Alima Suites was excellent. The location is very convenient, with good restaurants around the vicinity. The staff were well behaved, friendly, and professional, while the facility itself is top-notch and very comfortable. Highly recommended

We were not made to know that hot water was regulated by the reception until we had checked out. We had to manage the extra hot water by ourselves.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. A special thanks to Francis, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his positive attitude really stood out. He is truly a good guy and a great asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again.
