Darien Dockside Inn

Location on the waterfront was excellent. Room was small but perfectly comfortable as that was all I needed. Perectly situated in teh charming town, so easy to walk around and explore.

Some info was not clear in the original communications. I didn't know that there was a full kitchen available. Also the town had a water leak so cut off the water, but that was not the hotel's fault. There was no hot water the following morning, but it could have been because of the water shut off, and then perhaps a refilling of the hot water heater. Who knows.

Location is great. Room size and porch are great. Envelope check in is great.

Bathrooms could stand to be updated. Not talking about marble. Consider replacing the old tub and fixtures with a more updated stall shower insert.

I liked the location-beautiful spot. Water views, great restaurants within walking distance, comfy room; really nice place.

This place was very clean, very cozy, very peaceful and very comfortable. The lady who ran the place was very pleasant and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
