This is my honest review at my 3 days stay at Red Doorz Golite Washington.I always booked at Red doorz hotel because of its hotel feels like ambiance unfortunately, I was surprised upon entering in our room I did not expect this place.The location is at the back of a hardware store with long stairs not accesible for old guests and guests with a lot of baggage no one assisted us especially we are from a far area.Upon getting to the front desk, a young woman quitely approach us asking as for ids and giving us only the key and a toiletries kit.Still, no one assisted us looking for our room.The bed is okay for two persons only, tv does not have a remote,very poor internet connection use your own mobile data,aircon is not giving cold air maybe because its too small for the area,comfort room has no heater and the shower is too weak (malakas pa ang ihi mo), we are only given 1 towel for the whole stay!and when I asked where we can eat the young lady said that no restaurants,cafeteria or food stalls are near but upon checking there is this nearest 7/11 in the area she never even offered that we can go to the nearest mall for availble fast foods.The place is not secured and the doors has no other lock inside just the door knob.No free coffee and water offered and when I tried to ask for a flat iron they said there is no available iron I just pleaded to borrower because I really need it for the wedding I need to attend.We also asked for assistance for a trycicle going to airport for our early flight they said they will update us but no assistance were given good I got the mobile number of the taxi driver who drove us from airport last time.Poor customer assistance and place is not good to stay masstress ka lang.
