The location was good and there was ample parking space at no extra charge. The staff were very pleasant. Everything was clean. There is a very pleasant lounge area downstairs.

The property is old and the rooms and facilities tired. There was a tray in my room with a cup, tea and coffee but no kettle. The shower in the shared bathroom was old and not very powerful. There was only one towelling bath mat that had already been used and the drain was full of hair. The full English breakfast was not very good value.

A lovely quaint guest house. Dining area and garden are lovely and relaxing. Everything is efficiently run and extremely clean. Receptionist was lovely and welcoming. A great place to stop off at in Oxford.

Room was quite small although had everything you needed. Location on a busy road.

Location is lovely and convenient, bedding and cleanliness was really good......breakfast options can be a bit better

Si bien está alejado del centro tiene fácil conexión mediante transporte público. El la zona hay mercados y restaurantes también. La atención del personal fue buena y considerando los días de calor que nos tocaron el contar con un patio con vegetación fue agradable.

Escalera y pasillo angosto para acceder a las habitaciones. Hacia muchísimo calor, por suerte encontramos un pequeño ventilador en el placard que nos permitió descansar. No se justifica el desayuno por lo que cobran. Igualmente volvería.

Great location for students and families connected or visiting Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, Headington or the Hospitals in the area; comfortable rooms, nice breakfast.

Excellent location to catch a bus to city center

First room my wife had an asthma attack, room smelled mouldy , bathroom grout in tiles were black with mold . Had to request another room which was better but mattress was terrible, felt all the springs, definitely not a comfortable sleep
