"Okay but uncomfortable"

The location

The rooms are a bit tired (See photos) painting everywhere and the ceiling needs refreshing, bed definitely small and uncomfortable, the tea kettle was full of limescale.

"Near the JR hospital"

Lovely family room with en-suite. Staff were very helpful. The cooked breakfast was tasty with filter coffee and orange juice. I booked a single with a shared bathroom but I was allowed to upgrade on arrival, which I appreciated. It was a 10 minute walk to the JR hospital, Oxford.

"Friendly, clean Guest House."

Very Friendly staff, clean room, free parking and great location.

The Vegan breakfast was meagre. 1 vegan sausage, 1 hashbrown, 1 slice toast, small pot beans. If they had added another sausage and hashbrown to substitute the missing meat items, it would have been reasonable.
