The room was clean the rest of my experience was poor

Had to wait for reception staff off doing other jobs no one around for check in The room.. Step up to bathroom area not signed and very dangerous Very noisy rooms above industrial bin area and to top it all off very poor sleep due to noise of the bins, the police did a raid /welfare check at 330 am on the guy in the next room bashing on his door yelling to open up. Glad to be home so I can finally get sleep

The room was very clean and tidy.The staff were very proffesional and helpful.The meals were very well priced,having room service available was a bonus.The location was very good.We will book this venue again in the near future.
