I like the place it is always clean and very quiet. The staff are very approachable and polite. The service given is indeed excellent.

I cannot find anything bad during my stay. Just keep what you're doing.

While the room, cr and shower were clean and comfortable, their website advertised "FREE PARKING". However, when we arrived, we noticed that there were only about 5 parking spaces and they were all taken. We ended up paying another 150 to pay in the garage below. When a business advertises "FREE PARKING", that is what customers will expect. This is definitely FALSE advertising and since you are promoting them, I expect a refund of the 150 pesos ($3-$4 USD) we paid for parking. Another item is that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk.
