Subject: Urgent complaint – bed bugs and reception issue During my stay, I experienced several serious issues. When we arrived at the reception, the door was locked even though staff appeared to be inside. After a few minutes, the staff eventually opened the door. One male staff member appeared unprepared and was shirtless, quickly putting on clothing and a tie while we were waiting. Shortly after checking into our room, I noticed what appeared to be bed bugs. The bed frame was dark in colour and made of fabric, which made it very difficult to spot any signs of dirt or insects at first. However, after sitting there for a few minutes, we saw bed bugs crawling out and walking across the white sheets, which was absolutely horrendous. This caused immediate distress. At that time, the reception was closed, and there was no one available to contact for assistance or to report the issue. Having no other way, and because the situation was so shocking and concerning, I immediately left the hotel afterwards. I am reporting this as a serious hygiene and safety concern and would appreciate an investigation and guidance on next steps. I can provide photos or further details if required.

We had a wonderful stay at Air Rooms Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable that made us feel truly welcome. The location is good, price is also great value. The staff were friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend.

Keine Fernsehprogramme gespeichert oder auch gefunden Nur YouTube möglich Und vllt als Verbesserung ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee wäre vllt mal zu überlegen
