La camera spaziosa e pulita dava su un grande giardino dove siamo potuti stare anche col nostro cane. Colazione ricca e deliziosa ed il proprietario super gentile, alla mano e disponibile. Ci torneremo

Accoglienza top e camera molto grande e pulita

Für unseren Autenthalt war es völlig in Ordnung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und wir hatten nette Unterhaltungen. Das Bett war bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Es war ein schön angelegtes landwirtschaftliches Anwesen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Es liegt hinterhalbeines Industriegebietes? Die beste Zeit hat die Unterkunft schon scheinbar hinter sich. Die Fotos vermitteln einen anderen Eindruck.

The area was nice and the parking ample. Close to town and easy to find. Welcoming staff / owner.

The room was a transition room to the garden which appeared to be a storage room when not rented out. There was mold on the walls in the corners and the fittings in the toilet fell of the wall as the screws were missing. Clearly the room advertised is another room upstairs. The toilet roll was half used and the only one in the room. The grounds look unloved.

The building and the outdoor area was nice and that is all.

Beware of this place! First of all, the fridge was all in fungus and the apartment was really dirty and old, including the dirty fingerprints and handprints on the walls… The owner of the apartment told us that this is not a fungus but our dogs’ food and didn’t want to return some money for the reservation and now they want us to pay 750€ for the damage that we didn’t make, that’s crazy. They’re cheaters!!! I’m attaching the photos of the fungus which was all over the fridge. The air conditioning is only available in the living room and in the bedroom there is 30-40 cm aisle between the bed and the wall so you can hardly go through. I do not recommend this place.

The owner is a very good person full of advices for the day staying in mantua city

Very nice staff! Comfy beds and good aircon. Good ambience of the room. We felt welcome and had a very pleased stay.
