The location was ideal. The layout was clever and attractive. The WiFi was effective and reliable. When required, the agents were helpful in extending the stay.

Style seemed to trump substance and functionality. The bathroom fixtures were badly designed and awkward to use. The provision of only a duvet rather than a proper sheet, despite a request, meant poor sleeping conditions. The lack of servicing during an extended stay (almost a month) was an irritation. The peculiar TV system was essentially useless.

"Pleasant"

Booked on behalf of my friends and they loved the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment.

Even after I had specified during booking that I was booking on behalf of my friends, I would receive numerous calls and messages, day and night, before and after the stay from the host. Not a good experience. The host couldn't even understand that they couldn't properly clean up as they left in a hurry to catch a flight because one of them received news that their mum had died in the middle of their trip. I know this was a business transaction but a little sympathy would have been okay.
