Moba Hotel & Convention Centre

This place is really quiet and restful. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is big, the swimming pool is lovely and clean, there is a restaurant serving decent food every day, room are very decent and clean and it is surrounded by nature and green. I really appreciated the value for money and the quietness, which is much appreciated when coming to a busy and noisy small town such as Kitwe. A place I do recommend if you need a quiet, affordable with good value for money place to stay.

Only a few down sides to this place: poor Internet connection in the rooms, limited food choice at the restsurant and slow service, no convenient store or even anything around the venue because it is located in the suburb of Kitwe so you need a cab as soon as you need to get out of the hotel.

They served toast and two fruits for a continental breakfast The facility has alot of broken issues walls, doors,showers etc Need renovation When we asked for a refund after switching us to 3different rooms they refused to refund us and we were forced to stay for 5days.

The staff is very welcoming, help and professional. The welcome was good starting from the reception to the kitchen staff including management. Very understanding

The door to the bathroom and toilet was not closing. The door key ( especially the card) could not open for three times and l had to walk to the reception 3 times to get the key activated.

A cozy place with excellent reception. A Runch by the Pool side for fun, leisure and relaxation in need of massage no need to worry they have you covered.
