The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t stay in the original apartment because of a bad smell so had to be moved to another building during our stay, also within the Wink line.

Absolute chaos at checkout and lifts were not working, so my husband had to climb 15 flights of stairs with suitcases. Sewerage smells in bathrooms. Poorly enforced security policies: seemed like specific guests were targeted while others seemed to be able to pass through booms very easily.

The location is great! The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The passages to the rooms don’t look inviting or give you a positive sense of the room. The walls of the passages are dirty and there is a stench on the passage that is unavoidable. The rooms are big and seemingly clean… but there was a mouldy smell coming from the shower. There is no place to place toiletries in the shower. The towels are quite old and off colour with stains - I often wondered if they had been changed. The bed was extremely hard. The TV was meant to have DSTV but it was unavailable the day I was there…

The receptionist and security was friendly the room had enough space and the property was in the middle of Cape Town.

The staff was very good from the security to the receptionist lady except for the cleaning lady that was rude to us.there’s also a bad smell outside the rooms in the passageway.
