I checked-in in the middle of the night, and within 30 seconds of making my phone call to the number of the door somebody appeared in front of me to complete my check in which was super appreciated and unusual for that hour. There were the most adorable little coasters on every surface in the room to alert that it was sanitized and ready for use. I felt right at home. Complimented by the art on the walls and the fast-working heat.. honestly? Best neighborhood hotel I've been to. Ever. The response time was better than that of a downtown 4 Stars and the coziness was even better. ❤️ I would also like to note that I did sleep through check-out, and emailed about it right away - as my phone was dead initially - because the first call did not go through right when it turned on, and I was met with the KINDEST response email ever. Nothing but reassurance and I told to take my time, not to worry.. I can't say another hotel has felt as welcoming as the Kenton. Great work guys, Sincerely, the girl who normally craves boujee, downtown, 4.5+ star spots.. I'm impressed.
