USWe liked that the room was oceanfront, the room was exactly how it was described online. We had no issues with the appearance of the room. There was not a lot of noise, and we enjoyed the our stay once we got comfortable.
When we arrived the our room door was standing open. When I communicated with customer service they were rude and did not want to acknowledge that there was truly an issue (Coastline Beach Rentals). I called before I enter the room to let them now that my room door was standing open. I spoke with a Brandy and a supervisor by the name of Brittany. They called the property, although, no-one attempted to make the situation right, when I went back to the room for the second time, the room door was still standing open....this was after they stated that they called the property. I went on this trip for my Birthday, we had to check the room to make sure the room was safe to stay in I was in fear initially...the world is so cruel now. I had to call several time, the last time I called (the 5th time). I will admit I was fed up, rude, and I was not happy.....and I had no filter.
