I appreciated the clean room and nice private balcony, the property had everything that was needed with a great hot shower and comfortable bed.

Location is better than many more expensive hotels in area, Hosts are doing everything in their power to make you feel like at home. If you want to experience Greek warmth and friendly people, you wont miss with this place.

The hotel with a nice atmosphere, a green garden and a good location. The owners are very hospitable. The room was simple and cozy with everything you need. We are very satisfied with our vacation

We stayed two nights in Maistrali Studios. Excellent location very close (walking distance) to Strofilia Lake and to Koukounaries-Banana beaches and to some nearby good restaurants. The aircondition of the room was very good and efficient. Good thing is also that the owners have a little cozy bar in the backyard.

The furniture of the room was outdated, as well as the little kithen provided in the room. Toilet was not very spacious and they didn't provide some small shampoo. It would be a nice gesture. It could be nice if they could provide some water in the room fridge for welcoming the guests, as it is very hot during summertime. The bed/pillows wasn't very comfortable...

Lovely host and the location is near to Koukounaries and other beaches, supermarket and restaurants.In front of the hotel is the bus stop number 25

The hosts are amazing, so helpful and lovely to be around. The location is Ideal, near the best beaches and a supermarket and bus stop nearby.

The place was perfect for us. The room and the bathroom were clean and had everything that was needed and was working as it should. We felt like visiting friends as Dimitri and Roula were welcoming and warm without being intrusive. The balcony was great for having breakfast, nice views of the lake. The kitchen was functional we had the minimum required to cook what we wanted. T We enjoyed the evening music from the bar, actually we fell asleep on it (kiddo included) as we were so tired from all the sea activities. Special kudos to Dimitri for being responsive to feedback.

Not sure what to find here, perhaps having kitchen detergent included, you know, 3rd world problem stuff.
