都度、連絡が取れて対応して頂けるのは助かりました。

クマの入れ物に、ゴミがそのままになっていました。 季節的な部分もあるかと思いますが、施設に入った時に、排水口からの臭いがキツく、換気をしました。 水回りを流したら匂いはおさまりましたので良かったですが、入室時に子供たちは敏感に反応していました。

オーナーさんが親切です。 自炊ができ、風呂とトイレが各部屋にあること。

エアコンが各部屋に1台しかなく、西日も強くとにかく暑かったです。

卫生条件不好，在房间里发现了两只蟑螂。房间也很小 ，还安排了四张床，非常拥挤。空调外机也非常吵，同行的人必须要带耳塞才能睡着，制冷效果也不好。在前期沟通的时候并没有明确给我说明换了一栋房子，我本来是按照提供的照片下单的，但是在我付款后，房东给我发来确认信息，说是同一栋楼里的两间房，和订单里的一户建完全不一样，地址也不同，但房东并没有在当时给我发新的房子照片，仅通过文字我很难理解这和我原本想定的房子不是同一个

-No Internet (unlike advertised) -No warm water -The single bed is just a futon on wood... -Pretty dirty almost everywhere -The trash has not been emptied - You have to pay an extra 700 yen for parking (unlike advertised) --> Why are there so many things advertised wrong? This should not be allowed.

Affords price, nice view, spacious room, well-equipped kitchen, unique Japanese style house

We could tell the sheets weren’t well-cleaned at all and were full of dust. All of us got rashes and allergic reactions around our necks and faces the next morning. The bathroom was also bit filthy. There was bit of miscommunication which led to our late check-in. The check-in/ payment process wasn’t well-designed.
