Room is clean. Hot shower and air-con are well maintained.

Lift was not operating during stay. Location is quiet and isolated at night. No F&B outlets within walking distance at night.

"Misleading descriptions and overrated reviews."

Quiet area. That's all!

Was invited to add RM50 for a "balcony". It was just a strip where the A/C compressor was located. No outdoor furniture on the said balcony. It was dusty and facing an ugly abandoned farm. It was not "mountain view". For the price I paid, I could have stayed at a 4 star hotel in Penang for the weekend complete with a minibar and a swimming pool which were lacking at this inn.
