Everything was fantastic. The staff too. Hotel room was brilliant with beautiful views. Pool area was very good.

Very hot room. A fan in the bedroom would be welcomed.

Very comfortable junior suite, great breakfast, wonderful staff. Great location for the slopes.

Loved the room, location and the staff. Room was large and airy with great amount of storage. Right on the slopes so really convenient for skiing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast with great selection.

Just a couple of small things. Would have liked to have used the swimming pool, but unfortunately due to the very large number of children in the pool, this was not possible and also very noisy. Maybe would be nice to set a time in the evening when children have to leave the pool so that adults could actually swim or relax for a while. The other small thing would be to monitor the ski storage room to stop people using the ski storage racks for their ski clothing which should be taken to their room( jackets, helmets etc) as this reduced the number of racks for actual skis.

Very convenient to the slopes. Front desk staff was very helpful.

If there had been a hot tub, it woukd have been perfect. Also perhaps front desk could open a bit earlier in the morning.

Breakfast was excellent, there were plenty of vegetarian choices & lots of fruit.

We would have appreciated having lotions and different products for showering and hair washing available in the room. A bigger safe. If the pool opens earlier and closes later.

Super clean, well organized, breakfast with loads of options. The room service was amazing, super creative on tidying plush toys and books lying around.
