It was a great relay point for our drive to Canada. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel room was clean and seemed to have new furnishings. It was located right next to a gas station and food options. Albany was a great city with varied food choices.

I used to live in the Capital District for many years before moving to South Carolina. I often difficulty in finding a quality hotel I want to stay in. My wife found the Four Points on line, it had a the amenities we were looking for. We stayed a week in a modern, clean room with fairly quiet A/C ( lol). The staff was great. I want to commend to commend one of your front desk clerk, Rondell. He was very personable, professional, pleasure and genuinely attentive. I even called the hotel after I got back to SC with a billing question and I ended up speaking with Rondell yet again. He answered my question and resolved my issue. I was impressed with my time at the Four Points and will recommend.

Our room was very clean which is the most important to me. We only stayed 1 night so didn't explore the rest of the hotel.
