"Hotel with no food......"

This hotel deserves a -5 rating Fortunately we only endured 1 night here whilst on a tour. Its awful Turn the noisy aircon off but the noisy fan keeps going and its impossible to stop it We tried 2 rooms and it was the same in both. 234 and a 3rd floor room. The 'restaurant' was a joke. They opened at 7 pm closed it at 7.45 pm as they had run out of food..... Asked for duty manager. Not available as gone home..Asked who was in charge ? Blank look.. Suppose there had been a fire ? Cannot believe its part if Marriot.. This hotel was noted on our itinerary weeks ago so they knew the when the tour would be arriving...

"A decent hotel in a nice location with bad hotel staff and services."

It was a nice hotel in a good location.

The room was dirty, bedding was disgusting. There was no cleaning service the next day. Bed spread was stained and dirty, it was disgusting. We needed towels and that took time. Hotel blamed it on being short staffed.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. My comment is for Expedia. I booked a room through Expedia with a walk in shower but ended up with a handicap accessible tub. Why did Expedia let me book the room with a walk in shower if none was available. So frustrating!!
