Pegasus Hotel By the Waterfront

Very friendly stuff. My say was complimentary upgraded to Executive Suite. The late check out is till 2 pm without an issue. They even let me extend the check out till 8 pm for a reasonable fee. The food in the restaurant as well as the breakfast were amazing.

This hotel was booked for a business trip. A valuable electronic item was forgotten in the hotel room by one of our team members. The hotel staff secured the item and immediately called to notify us that the item was left at the hotel. We then made arrangements to have the item collected. Kudos to the hotel staff for their honesty.

At check in we were shown to our "deluxe" room. It was dirty, moldy, with cockroaches scurrying underneath the door. The staff was kind enough to relocate us in the new part of the hotel. our room was clean nad had an amazing view of the city. We would stay at the new pegasus again. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful

Stink hole!!!!! Had dirty linens unmade bed..no towels had to move me to another room … didn’t get to sleep until after 2am

There is a wall surrounding the hotel with a double layer of barb wire on top Of it. It is especially strange that this barb wire walls off the beach from the hotel property. At night it becomes crystal clear why it’s there. It’s to keep the locals out.

I greatly enjoyed my stay. This was my second visit to this hotel. The staff were amazing. I was upgraded to a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. I will definitely visit again on my next trip in to Guyana 2025.

The hotel's facilities and services are of high quality. The general manager demonstrates exceptional leadership and management skills. The staff members are consistently courteous and professional in their interactions with guests.

I only spent one night and my stay was a good one. Food service was good. I was particulary impressed by the manger's upgrade of my room. Kudos!
