What a great place to stay!!! Super clean and classy joint!! I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel/restaurant/bar is in Philipsburg! The food, people and atmosphere are awesome in this place! I live in Las Vegas....so, I'm not easy to impress. The rooms are small but very comfortable. I slept like a baby. This is the only place I'll stay in P-burg from now on!! Kudos!!

This place knows how to do it and they do it right. If your in the area its a must go to. Small dinning area but they have a great outdoor seating for summertime enjoyment. They also have Pennstate Creamery ice cream. To end the day. Highly recommend

There is no front desk. The owner must be called for check in. I waited for 30 minutes to get in my room. After 9pm, there’s nobody on site. The room was clean, comfortable, and newly renovated. There’s no way to check out. I left the key in the room and messaged the owner.

Nice quiet little place with a bugbpond or small lakebacrossed rhe road just out of town and not far from state college. Nice little rwstaurant attached. I would stay there agian

I booked this room for my friend who was staying in town for the night for my wedding. I wanted to ensure she was safe after the reception. She checked in around and while she was waiting to go to the wedding, someone unlocked her door and just walked into her room while she was sitting in the room. She stated that the person did not appear to be working there. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the walls needed a second coat of paint, and there were unpatched holes in the shower. There was a gap under the door that was at least two inches and it allowed all of the cold air and noise from the highway out front to come under the door. When I checked on her in the morning and she tried to check out, the doors to the office were locked and she couldn’t give the key to a worker and had to leave it under her door in her room. Maybe that’s how random people have the keys to the room. With everything that she experienced, I don’t know if I would recommend it to anyone to stay there. I have heard that the food is good though.

Older motel that a lot of time and work has gone into a renovation. King bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The combination A/C and heat unit was new and is easy to use and adjust the temperature, it worked well. New flat screen tv with cable service and a small refrigerator were also in the room. Wifi included and worked well. Nice little restaurant and ice cream shop located in the building.

There was no phone in the room no Internet was not thrilled with bathroom TV was not very accommodating over all unsatisfied would not stay there again

Loved this motel! It was peaceful and clean. Added pluses: there is a delicious family restaurant in the lobby AND a lake with walking trails across the street.
