Great place to stay and relax in the wonderful Valposchiavo area. The staff was really helpful, the restaurant is maybe the best in the town and the breakfast was also perfect!

The hotel's own parking lot was full, so we had to park the car somewhere else (showed by the staff) and pay for it extra. If I go to such a place, I expect that the parking is already included in the price unless otherwise indicated in advance.

Right in the centre of Posciavo. Very clean

We had a room upgrade which was nice - it was quite basic, but as expected.

Kitchen area in the bedroom was naff.

The location, we were in the annexe, good sized room. The breakfast and reception staff were really good.

There was some kitchen facilities in our room, but not a plate or even a knife to use. The evening restaurant staff were officious, and the food pretty ordinary.
