Staff was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with them

The fact that we did not get enough toilet paper, you cant give 2 rolls for 6 people? No!!

Cute accommodation within easy walking distance of the centre of Clarens. Pam and the staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

As 4 adults we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which is a bit on the small side given that there isn't a lounge and not really enough space to all sit down and eat either inside or out but Pam was kind enough to let us use the bigger balcony from the 3 bedroom unit next door which was much appreciated! However I recommend booking the bigger apartment if you need more space - it's very nice as well!

I enjoyed the safety of the vehicles inside the gates. The wifi was working perfectly and you could watch dstv. The staff gave us space to enjoy ourselves. Definitely going to come back again in the future.

I can't think of anything to complain about.
