The staff was friendly and helpful, also location was close to metro and busses

We were accommodated in a basement and it smelled like sewage or mold.

É uma fraude. Anunciam um "hotel" mas é uma residencial. Quando marquei para 2 pessioas disseram que só tinham triplos. Paguei 140€ e qua do cheguei ao hotel havia quartos duplos a 86€. Quarto virado para a rua sem insonorização. Barulho toda a noite torna impossível dormir. "Hotel" sem.elevador. Tivemos de subir 2 lances de escadas com as malas. Péssimo.
