"A very comfortable and homely base for our glorious holiday and great value for money"

Comfortable and very friendly and helpful hosts. Great location; within easy walking distance to the town - via the golf course was a particularly lovely route. Easy parking and great breakfasts plus our room was nicely maintained daily and well stocked with tea, coffee, towels etc

It sounds petty to say our room did not have a great view. This was completely out weighed by all the other benefits

"A lovely place for a few days away"

Lovely friendly staff, not far from the beach, bar onsite to get a drink when we got back at night.

We had a great time, first time staying in this b&b. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming and a great breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and I'd like to say again thankyou to sammie and John. Love sharon ❤️

Excellent location, very quiet but short walk to beach and town. Friendly hosts. Delicous, fresh breakfast

Our shower room was tiny but knew what to expect having stayed before.

"Wonderful guest house"

Scrambled eggs at breakfast worth travelling 110 miles for! All excellent food, comfortable very clean bedroom, nicely decorated. Lovely welcoming hosts, parking on street easy, close to sea and shops, great bathroom. Books and games available to borrow. Highly recommended.

There was no wardrobe but plenty of clothes hangers in corner and on back of door, fine for short break.
