"Better than expected, very happy"

Location is great, just round the corner from the highstreet and a weatgerspoons pub. Easy to get to from the train station as well. The host contact and communication was spot on. We checked in earlier.

Nothing to dislike at all.

Loved the quirkiness of the property, didn’t realise the apartment was over 3 floors so that was a nice surprise. The 2 double beds were really comfortable. Showers were great. Facilities were clean and had everything we needed.

The only negative things we found was one of us slept on the sofa bed, paid extra to have it made up as a bed but there were no blinds on the velum windows making it very bright, very early and the spare pillow appeared to be made up of bits of lumpy rags and unusable. Could do with a couple of extra mirrors in the bedrooms to sit and do make up. Also, advertised as parking available on a first come basis but there wasn’t any parking at all, the spaces at the back of the building belong to a private company. Not a big problem, we unloaded and left the car at a public car park, weekend was only £3 for 24hrs.

"A great apartment which is well equipped in a quiet area of the town."

The property was in a convenient and quiet location in Warrington. It was easy to access without needing a key. It was roomy and well equipped. The bed was firm and comfortable and the downstairs shower was good. There were plenty of towels too. It really suited our requirements in an apartment.

There are a lot of stairs which would not suit everyone.

Clean

Boiler was not on, so initially no hot water, but managed to reset boiler ourselves. Shower tray in en suite leaking badly.

"Perfect little stay, lovely and clean"

Property was spotless! Nice thick, clean, fluffy towels. Tea and coffee available, fairy liquid etc Body wash etc Building its self was beautiful Parking available 🙂

Only negative would be the size of property and beds, but it was ideal for one night.
