The room was spacious, great location.

I understand it was “off” season, but when I look for a property I look specifically for certain amenities. The bar, restaurant and laundry service were all closed and not able to be used. I don’t mind these things if I was told in advance. I could have booked at another place instead. There was a place just around the corner with quite a couple of guests and the bar and restaurant were open, so had I known, I would have just booked there. When I asked about the laundry, they said “walk 10 minutes and go do it”. When I showed them that this is a service offered, eventually they said they would clean my clothes for triple the price that any other laundry place was asking.
