A bit nosy by construction

The location

The bathrooms are too small. It’s not even a bathroom. It looks a toilet only. And they just fix the shower . It’s lose! All our hanged clothes in the bathroom got wet ! My nephew who is a big size can’t even have a proper shower as the space is so limited for him. When we reported to Mr Kenny about this and requested to change for us the unit, he told all full. Unfortunately the way he told us we felt a bit rude and insulting us. He uses some terms about the booking which we don’t understand and he said this also you all don’t know. And I purposely used our working terms and asked him does he know. He kept quiet. So I told him , you are a specialist person in your department. I’m in my own department . Doesn’t mean we are stupid just because we don’t know his departments terms. And we asked him to give the supervisors number. He refused to give. Later he said the supervisor will call at 9pm! What’s the point at 9pm?! And he didn’t call us too! The master bedroom was not clean properly. Saw dust next to beds table. Wish they have hangers in all rooms.
