1. Spacious room with living room provided various channels to watch, 2. kitchen (without oven to cook is a minus) 3. toilet and washroom were both separately (is a plus.)

1. The unpleasant smell of the room when firstly comes in (smells like old building). 2. The mattress was quite hard (like plastic). 3. Basic ammenties like toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee powder etc. were not provided.
