Bardzo dobry apartament z wyposażeniem. Dużo przestrzeni, fajna kuchnia. Taras, warto przyjechać gdy będzie cieplej. Bardzo dobry kontakt obsługą. Korzystne położenie blisko metra, sklepów, restauracji.

Velmi prostorný apartmán. Čisto. Perfektní vybavení, plně vybavená kuchyně....trouba, kávovar, mikrovlnka, rychlovarná konvice, velké množství nádobí. Terasa. Větší než jsme potřebovali a za super cenu. Super lokalita hned vedle metra, na trase metra z letiště.

Vše naprosto v pořádku.

Acho o procedimento da cobrança do vLor d deposito isorbitante e com agravante d pessoa so ter esta informação apos pagamento da estadia. Para piorar a devolucao no momento é dito k sera devolvidas assim que sair e depois d estadia é k informam que so sera devolvida 14 dias depois da estadia. Absurdo. Ja me hospedei em varios locais , lisboa, arredores, espanha luxemburgo, Bélgica nunca tive uma situação desagradavel como essa.

Location is the only thing I liked. About the property. Also the communication was good but can be largely improved.

The apartment had damps. It was not cleaned when we got there from the previous stay. Even though we waited from 12pm until 4pm (the check in time). We arrived at the property almost 4.30 and the room was very dirty the bin was not emptied the dehumidifier in the room was not working. There was food crumbs all over the dining table. Then when we eventually did get someone to come and clean the person very rudly try to come into the room without knocking which was an awful experience. When we eventually open the door for her she then walked in angrily and was first heating up her food right in front of us. The property owner or the manager did apologise for this but I am sorry if your going to take £150 deposit on top of the apartment fees from your customer a simple sorry is not good enough. There was also food left in the fridge from previous user. They then ask me to send the photos thst I took over the whats app I got the only number they provided on bookin.com and send it and did not get respond so I chased them through booking.com and they said to me which number I send. So I told them if they want they take my number and send me a message so I can reply back with whats app. Overall the property had alot of potential but the management of the property was very very poor.
