Alpenresort Fluchthorn

The rooms were renovated and comfortable, the size of the room was great, the design was practical and modern and everything was clean. The shower was great and spacious including a great shower head. We also had the half-board and the food was fantastic and the selection was great.

If I have to be picky, since I'm a big foodie, I would have liked some of the sides to the main courses to be improved. it was occasionally dry and didn't compliment the main course as much as it could. Also, I would have liked the pool to be warmer, but it really didn't bother me and it wasn't cold by any means.

stayed 5 days, got card for free lifts, as part of our stay, however during checkout they said it is not free but we need to pay 60 Euros. surprised additional charge

A group of us spend 4 nights at the property and would gladly come back given the high quality of the rooms and common areas. The spa was amazing and the pool a great addition for those ski-sore muscles. Bus to the pistes is meters from the main entrance and there are a couple of shops to rent material nearby. Breakfast was plentiful but the same every day. Dinner could be better since 1) it rarely had local specialties instead trying to be too original 2) it is too expensive to bring outsiders to share the table (EUR 40 per head). May be worth booking without dinner and then paying EUR 15 to eat in when necessary instead. The owners were nice and approachable but definitely run a place with many rules.
