Just wonderful. In kirtling for day lunch. Great food, service, decor and cocktails very good. Pub very clean with lovely vibe. Will be back for sure. All 3 meals, chicken, Suffolk pork rib-eye and Suffolk ox cheek were truly sublime. Thank you

Was working in the area and this seemed a good option, I was particularly keen on the fact it advertised having an EV charger. Unfortunately when we arrived that wasn’t working. And whilst the place was ok, for the price of it you would expect just that bit more. The food in the restaurant was ok, the breakfast was ok, most things we just ok.

Will use The Three Blackbirds again.

A very comfortable room, clean, modern and sumptuous bathroom. Restaurant and breakfast were very good. Friendly staff. Detail: we are backpacking, after a long day hiking one cannot have enough hooks to hang clothes on; we have never seen so many hooks. Location is very beautiful, near e.g. the Stour Valley Path and the unique "Devil's Dyke" footpath.

The pub, the beer, the service and the food were really excellent. The menu was interesting and food cooked to perfection. It gave me faith in the Chesnut Group as my only experience to date had been the Globe in Wells which is not goo. Scruffy outside , tables crammed in and resembles a cafe. Also the car crash of the Lifeboat Thornham. Which quite frankly they would be better off closing a relaunching it’s so shocking This however is first class so congratulations to the team on site .
