Great hosts and location.

Great location, close to the shops and promenade. We hardly used our car as everything was so convenient. The apartment was equipped with all we needed. We felt very secure and comfortable here. Rozanne was a phone call away if we had any questions, and a couple of small issues were sorted straight away.

Possibly the closeness of passing foot traffic? The unobstructed view of the sea was great, but people passing would look in through the window, although we did have some funny interactions with some of those people. Also, a rug in the sitting area would have made the room less stark and cosier

It was self service which we both like. The apartment had all the essential necessities. Although the bed was very comfy as we are two large sized people could have done with an extra few ins. having said that it wouldn’t stop us booking again.

It was very clean comfortable central to what we needed in Cleethorpes and the host was excellent

As a disabled lady with a scooter it was a wonderful experience as my scooter fold and it went in easily and out again and charging it was no problem. The whole apartment smelled amazing and was super clean it felt like home away from home. Rozanne constantly made sure and stayed in contact to make sure we want for nothing. I can honestly say this is just what a stressed out disabled lady needed. My son and husband found it a fantastically wonderful experience

Everything, great location, modern smart clean, would not hesitate to stay again, fantastic break.
